03 Pinterest Board Data
When you submit a Pinterest board URL, we temporarily access the publicly available images and metadata from that board solely to generate your visual output. We want to be clear about how this works:
- We only access public Pinterest boards. We do not access private boards or any data that Pinterest has not made publicly available.
- Pinterest image data is processed in memory and is not permanently stored on our servers after your visual export is complete.
- We do not use Pinterest imagery to train machine learning models, build datasets, or share it with third parties.
- Generated visual outputs are associated with your account and retained for the period described in Section 7.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any Pinterest board you submit. We are not responsible for third-party content accessed via Pinterest URLs.
Pinterest's own privacy practices: Your use of Pinterest is governed by Pinterest's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which are independent of this document. We recommend reviewing Pinterest's policies at pinterest.com/privacy-policy.
04 Audio and Music Data
When you upload audio files or connect music tracks to the Service:
- Audio files are processed to extract BPM, energy, waveform, and timing metadata required to generate your visuals.
- We do not use your audio files for any purpose other than generating your requested visual output.
- Audio files and their derived metadata are deleted from our servers within 30 days of your last session, or sooner upon your request.
- You represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and licenses to use any music you submit through the Service.
- We do not reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform your audio files.
